Step 1 – Functional Movement & Skill Assessments
We’re all starting at a different place when it comes to fitness, and we all have different goals. Working with your R|K Fitness Trainer, we’ll analyze how your body moves, where it thrives, and what’s holding you back. This allows us to develop customized programs that help you achieve your goals faster and more efficiently than those fleeting programs you’ve tried in the past.
Step 2 – One-on-One Workouts
Powered by the data from your assessments, you’ll benefit from custom-tailored exercise routines designed to hone your body for your sport of choice. You’ll have a regimen for home workouts and gym warm-ups, and you’ll work 1-on-1 with your R|K Fitness Trainer in The Studio, who continually adapts your program as your body becomes more efficient.
Step 3 – Whole-Body Regimen
We help you sort through the conflicting exercise trends and fad diets, so you’re incorporating the routines that are best for your body. Beyond your workouts, your R|K Fitness Trainer will help you develop regimens for nutrition, game-day habits, and post-workout behaviors.
