Since 2001, Roy Khoury has helped people from all walks of life optimize their bodies and their minds. His holistic approach stems from his broad education, with 15 certifications covering kinesiology and biomechanics, diet and nutrition, massage therapy, and sport-specific training. Roy has the expertise to address fitness and health issues that affect everyone, from PGA golfers to high level athletes to people just like you. He’ll listen to your thoughts and answer your questions, assess your needs, and work with you to develop a fitness plan that is as unique as you are.
