Roy Khoury understands how you feel. Since 2001, he’s helped people just like you optimize their bodies and their minds. Roy understands that true fitness is more than just the ability to lift weights or run a few miles. His holistic approach stems from his broad education, with 15 certifications covering kinesiology and biomechanics, diet and nutrition, massage therapy, and sport-specific training. Roy has the expertise to address fitness and health issues that affect both high-level athletes and people just like you. He’ll listen to your thoughts and answer your questions, assess your needs, and work with you to develop a fitness plan that is as unique as you are.
