Founded in 2014 to provide a new level of training expertise to professional and amateur athletes. We offer assessments and one-on-one training with a specialization in post-rehabilitation and rotational sports, including golf fitness, basketball, volleyball, and surfing.
Roy’s extensive background combines personal training, physical therapy, and functional body mechanics – powering his unique perspective for whole-body training. For athletes (and former athletes) who want a smart and efficient training regimen, the Roy Khoury Fitness Studio will feel like home.

Roy’s process starts with an assessment. Using techniques gleaned from his years of study and experience, he is able to craft a custom workout regimen to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.
